Exclusive apartments for rent in the center of Monza

Our guests have free and unlimited access (in compliance with the building rules) thanks to digital keypads that regulate the entrance with your own personal code. Smoking, pets, bicycles and scooters, to light candles or incense, parties, business meetings and illegal activities are not allowed.  Security devices include Smoke Sensor, Water Leak Sensor, First Aid Kit, Safe for 15.6″ Pc, Fire Extinguisher, Video surveillance at the entrance. The apartments are located on the 2nd floor, equipped with a lift (after a staircase of 6 steps).

  • Upon request and at no additional cost, for our youngest guests ( 0 to 2 years ) we provide a complete camping cot, changing table, baby food high chair, alternatively we provide a 70×140 cm cot in the room with the parents for children up to around 8 years of age.
  • Exclusive use of a stroller up to 17 kg or 25 kg (if still available) with supplement.
  • With supplement, exclusive use of Washing machine and Dryer for the entire stay.
  • Products for daily cleaning and separate waste collection
  • Cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels at the end of the lease
 
CONDITIONS

  • Minimum booking for 2 nights.
  • The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking according to the selected rate and the active promotion.
  • We will reserve the apartment for you on provision of a payment receipt and ID cards of all guests by e-mail, in order for us to complete the procedure and send you any necessary information.
  • Payment methods accepted: Credit Card Visa and Maestro / Stripe / PayPal / Satispay, with the exception of the Municipal Tourist Tax payable in cash.
  • Check-In: from 3.00 to 6.00 p.m. communicate your arrival time in advance at least one day before (24 hours).
  • For arrivals between 6.00 p.m. and until 10.00 p.m. you will need to pay a supplement of € 30, after 10.00 pm there will be no Check-In.
  • Check-Out: by 10:00 a.m., delayed departure allowed until and in any case no later than 01.00 p.m. with a supplement of €30.
  • Deposit: €300 (€600 for stays longer than 10 nights) is required to be paid 7 days before your arrival through one of the electronic payment systems already listed (by sending the receipt). The amount will be returned in the same way chosen, after a general check of the apartment by and no later than 48 hours from Chek-Out. If for some reason the overnight stay is not carried out, the deposit will be refunded immediately and never withheld even in case of no-show.
 
MINORS
  • Minors cannot stay alone, even if they are in possession of an identification or identity document.
  • Minors can stay accompanied by an adult other than their parents, provided that the latter fill out the authorization form for minors for Tourist Rentals / Hotels provided by us and attach a copy of their identity document. Furthermore, the minor must possess and exhibit an identification document.
  • Minors cannot stay alone, even if they are in possession of an identification or identity document.
 
RATES FOR APARTMENT

Prepaid No Refundable Rate

Cancelations, changes and refunds are not available. No-show up fee: 100% of the total reservation will be charged.

Refundable Standard Rate

Rate can be canceled and modified on dates, without penalty up to 7 days before arrival, at 12.00 p.m. local time. After this date, in case of cancellation, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation. In case of no show, 100% of the total reservation will be charged. 

The rates DO NOT include the Tourist Tax of € 2 for person for night (excluding minors and particular categories – list provided on arrival).
